I love recording video, but I never really got into it too much because it was a pain to drag around my minidv camcorder. This thing stays in my pocket everywhere I go. I sold my old camcorder. The only thing someone who has a standard minidv camcorder is going to miss if they get this is the zoom. This basically has no zoom, not that you would want to use anyway its just digital zoom. You get used to it and who really needs to zoom in on something 30 feet away. I don't.
