After two weeks the device was no longer detected by my computer or any other computer I plugged it into. The device comes with no CD and the built-in drivers are supposed to install automatically when you plug it in.

BEWARE OF CREATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It really is awful. Since there is no phone number listed on their site for tech support, I had to resort to an endless stream of unhelpful back-and-forth emails. The email responses, which were generic and pre-written, seemed redundant and they never really addressed the problem I faced. Sometimes it seemed like they weren't even reading my emails at all.

I've gotten Amazon to extend my refund window so I don't have to deal with this frustration.
