If you want a FLIP HD or any of those small cameras that have good HD video in a pocket size this is the one.....

bottom line is it had more hard drive space easy to use software and looks sharp even on a 52in LCD.

The only con is the uploads if you do more than one at a time take a while, but that is really the speed issue more than anything.
