I gave this to my wife as a Christmas present so I couldn't use it till the 24th, it does not come with a lot of instructions, but you don't need them you turn it on and press the record button, it's that simple, I don't know what probs other people are having with attaching it to the computer and installing the vado software, but that was easy as well. This thing takes great video and the sound is pretty good. The best part is putting it on my 61 dlp and seeing it full screen. Maybe their computers don't have the minimum specs, but this thing rocks and feels pretty sturdy.
